Government forces on Wednesday laid a seige at Buchpora area of Srinagar outskirts. Official sources told GNS that SOG and CRPF cordoned off Gulberg Colony in Buchpora following inputs about the presence of some militants in the area. When reports last came in the searches in the area was going on.
Meanwhile, the search operation which was launched at Machow area of Nowgam by the forces ended peacefully.
